OFFICE XP & OFFICE 2000

I HAVE OFFICE XP INSTALLED ON MY NEW SYSTEM. NOW I AM
TRYING TO REINSTALL OFFICE 2000, AND I KEEP GETTING AN
ERROR MSSHARED\MSDESIGN\MDT2FW.DLL (OR MDT2DD.DLL) ANY
IDEAS WHAT TO DO?

Turn caps off - its considered shouting and makes for hard reading
The general rule, from MS, is to install earlier version first. and since
this is Office2K it might also be advisable to install into a seperate
folder. You will also have to rename shortcuts prior to installing later
version.
What is the reason for installing both?
