Is there an update or fix that will enable OFFICE XP Outlook client to open
a saved message that was created by a OFFICE 2003 Outlook client???
For example, a Office 2003 client drags an Outlook email into a shared
network folder. This folder contains various documents relating to a Work
Order. Other users need to be able to read/open these messages for
referencing. If a Office 2003 client creates the message, the Office XP
Outlook users are unable to open the email and get the following error
message..."Unable to read the item." or "A newer version of Outlook is
required to open this file."
Is there any alternative? Thanks in advance!
