office xp pro,how do i get the tool bar installed on the msn web .

Hi ,when i had windows 98se, my office 97 was on the tool bar, now i have
office xp pro,and cant access it when iam on the web, unless i minimize the
screen ,and then click start, and launch from programs, any help would be
nice . thanks james
