Office XP Pro Install over XP SBE

I'm installing a retail full version of Office XP over an
OEM XP Small Business Edition. I'd like to keep my
settints, particularly for Outlook. Can I install
directly over SBE or would it be better to uninstall SBE
then install new Office program?

A secondary concern is retaining Publisher which I have
in SBE but not in Professional. Easy way to do this?
