Having crashed our computers recently, long story. My wife has dug out her
old laptop with the above application on and it has asked for it to be
registered. I have connected to the internet and because it has already been
registered on the other computers it refuses to do so.

Please can someone provide me with a solution to the problem. Who or what
do I contact to get this sorted.

Provided the current installation count is in line with that allowed by
the EULA, you may use the phone call to activate.
