Office XP & Publisher 2003

I have a problem where I have a machine with Office XP,
and I install Publisher 2003, once the Pub2003 is fully
installed, the Office Shortcut Bar (OSB) no-longer opens,
unless I do, Start> Programs> MS Office Tools> MS Office
Shortcut Bar.

Once the PC is shut down, when I restart, the OSB is again
not there.

Anyone know of this problem and a solution to fix it.

Hi, Gary UK,

Put the icon for the Shortcut Bar in the Start | Programs | Startup folder.
That should make it launch when Windows starts up.
