Office XP Re-install Outlook Clean Copy

I have a problem with Outlook that came with Office XP. It would not
recogonize my address book, send mail or download mail. Although
sometimes when I tested a connection it would send the test message to
the mail box at my provider, Comcast.

I decided to try removing and then reloading Office. When I did I rean
the office XP unistall and then reloaded. It reloaded Outlook with the
same address book and old emails. Also with the same problems.

How do I get a clean load?
