Office XP Service Pack 1 fails

When I try to install the Office XP Service Pack 1, I get
the following message (after it is in the middle of the
process):

"Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage"

"Error 1328. Error applying patch to file
C:\Config.Msi\PTD3.tmp. It has probably been updated by
other means, and can no longer be modified by this
patch. For more information contact your patch vendor."

I am an MSDN subscriber, but have never had trouble
applying patches before. Any ideas?
