Office xp Service Pack 3

I need to do a windows update. Everytime I try I download it. It starts to
install a window pops up asking for word 2002 disc 2. I am wondering when I
bought suite 2005 I got rid of what I had which could have been word 2002. I
have Microsoft Works suite 2005. I assume word came with it because I have
word but no disc. Does anyone know what the heck I need to do....:)

Go to the Windows Control Panel and UNinstall whatever Word / Office
programs you thought were already uninstalled. That's usually where the
updates get their information about what needs to be updated.
