Office XP setup failed to install

Office XP Pro 2002 fails to install on my windows 2000 pro computer. The
installation almost completes then it rolls back the installation. I get an
error report that says (An error occured during the installation, and setup
was unable to complete.) The data report contains, (Error signature -
ProdCode: {91110409-6000005004383C9} ProdVer: 10.0.2627.01 Action: INSTALL
Err:0 Err0 Err0:x Err1:x Err2:x

I had my Office XP Pro installed on the computer before but I was running
Windows 98SE. Now that I upgraded eo Windows 2000 pro I cant get it to
install.

Any help would sure be appreciated.
