Office XP Shortcut Bar

I am trying to find my Office XP shortcut bar, and I
cannot find it. I know that it is supposed to be under
my Office Tools under the programs on the start menu. I
tried uninstalling Office, and then reinstalling it, but
I still don't see the option for the Shortcut Bar. If
you could give me a heads up that would be awesome!
