I recently had to reinstall Office XP on a client computer. The installation
and updates went fine. However, the shortcut bar does not open at startup.
How do I get that to run?

Thanks,
Richard Richter

Hi Richard,

The MS Office shortcut bar wasn't a default install feature. If it is installed you should be able to use Start=>Run and type
MSOffice.exe
If it's not found you can install that feature from the
Microsoft Office XP listing in Add/remove programs in the Windows control panel.
