To update Office Service Pack 3 requires 3+ via a modem. This means it is in
effect not practical to update via this means.
Microsoft need to provide the option of obtaining the update via a CD, or
breaking down the update into smaller 'chunks'.

Is the CD available worldwide or is it, as is usually the case, limited to
the USA and Canada? Microsoft need to realise that they have customers
outside of North America and start giving the rest of the world decent support
