office XP sp3

If word, Excel,Access;Powerpoint etc are running ,display message
appears"please close these applications" before continue installation sp3
Office,with installation by SMS 2003 in quiet mode and hidden,this SP3 is not
installed !! tell me if a switches parameters exist to resolve this probleme
???
