If you think about it, there are a lot of hooks that need to be built into
the toolbar that allows for its extensibility for other user created
toolbars, besides the native ones. That is a lot of code.

|| Shortcut Bar. To install just the OSB from Office XP, insert the
|| Office XP CD and choose a custom installation, click on the little
|| black downward-pointing triangle to the left of "Microsoft Office"
|| and set it to "not available", click on the + next to "Office Tools"
|| to expand the category, click on the triangle to the left of "Office
|| Shortcut Bar" and set it to "Run all from computer", and OK your way
|| out.

I am more than happy to give up 50MB to get the toolbar back. I have about a
dozen apps that I use alot and like them handy.
