Office XP Standard/Student Won't Load

My new computer (old one crashed and is buried) won't
load my Office XP disc. The computer loads other program
setup CDs just fine. Can you help me? My Product Key
is... VBR76-K8794-H73QF-XJQHD-FVYX8
