When I request updates I need I am taking to a screen
that appears to check out my computer. It freezes at
about 33% of the way through. After repeated reboots it
returns to the 33% of the way through message. Why does
it freeze and what is the solution to determine what
updates to my OfficeXP may be necessary or desireable?
