Jamie, I have performed this upgrade this morning on an XP
Pro machine. No probs at all. Question I have is - Why
would anybody spend money on this change? The only
difference I have spotted is that the toolbars are
bevelled. I long for the days when each issued upgrade was
significantly different from the previous edition. This
was a free beta version that I installed on one machine -
I won't be installing it on any others and due to the clip
art problems I am having (listed on the publisher page)
may well go back to Office 2000. Why do Microsoft think we
need to spend money on slightly changed versions of Office
each year. It's getting a bit like soap powders
with "Improved new version" or "Now with added zap" Rip
off ! When installing Word in 2003 it even announces that
it is "now installing Word XP" Make up your own mind.
