Office XP vs Office 2003

I have an opportunity to buy one of these through my work, using the home
use program.

This is what it says: Office 2003 or Office XP

I may also buy these at a discount, the Office XP is quite a bit MORE than
the 2003.

I could not find a site that listed the differences. It does not say
whether its Office 2003 Small Business, Pro, etc.

By the price difference, it appears that Office XP is better?

Microsofts site talks about Office 2003 and what the different versions
offer, but no mention of Office XP.

Office XP is essentially Office 2002 so is an earlier version.. this webpage

Also, check to verify that you have a version of Windows compatible with
Office 2003. Else, you must use Office XP or upgrade your Windows OS.
