Keeps crashing. OCR advises download Service Pack 2.
Part way through installation, service pack 2 requires
Office CD to be inserted. Machine (HP pavilion model
763,uk) came pre-loaded with software and no CD's
supplied. Despite advice from Microsoft site, HP say they
are unable to supply.

Help!
