Office2000 Resource Kit (Transform) needed.

I've been tasked with installing an application which utilizes an OLD Access
Database on a Windows Server 2003 Terminal Server. To run reports from said
application, I'm told I need to install a different Access Runtime version.
I'm ALSO told that the Transform I need for this installation is available on
the Office 2000 Resource Kit - which is no longer available for download from
MS.

Pointers?
