Office2002 installation

Hi,

When I install MS Office2002 on a windowsXP professional
platform, using my company 's coörporate key for office, I
get the Office Activation Wizard that wants me to activate
the installed product.
When I install the same MS Office2002 on a windows2000
(SP2 or SP3 or SP4) platform, using my company 's
coörporate key for office, I don' t get this activation
wizard.
Can somebody explain this and how I can fix this, because
I don' t have a clue why this happens.
