Office2003 Cannot install MUI

I am using Windows Xp Professional EN and i want to install Office2003EN and
MUI for Romanian language.Office installs ok, but when i try to install the
MUI it says "Please install Microsoft Office2003 and then run MUI setup
again".
I eventually did a clean install of Xp, installed Office and still the same
thing.It says that no matter the language i choose, not only for romanian.
Any ideas?..

Is your Office bundled with your Install media of Windows XP??

Everyone of them has it's own install CD.So, there are a total of 3
CDs(Xp,Office,MUI).
