I have Office2003 running on WinXP Pro for 2 users. Everything worked OK for
both users, but as of today, one user is OK, all apps in Office work OK.
However for the other user, after login, Outlook won't open. I get error,
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot initialize Microsoft shared
utilities. Please restart your computer or reinstall Microsoft Office." I
believe there was an update today that was installed, could that have messed
up something. This has been working fine for years. Has anybody had an issue
like this. Word and Excel won't start either. Error messages are different.
With Word, it's something like, not enough memory. I've got 1 GB RAM. So
that isn't it.
Thank you,
