Office2003 Won't Open for User

I have Office2003 running on WinXP Pro for 2 users. Everything worked OK for
both users, but as of today, one user is OK, all apps in Office work OK.
However for the other user, after login, Outlook won't open. I get error,
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot initialize Microsoft shared
utilities. Please restart your computer or reinstall Microsoft Office." I
believe there was an update today that was installed, could that have messed
up something. This has been working fine for years. Has anybody had an issue
like this. Word and Excel won't start either. Error messages are different.
With Word, it's something like, not enough memory. I've got 1 GB RAM. So
that isn't it.
Thank you,

I found the problem. I had set an Excel file to open when I logged in.
Somehow this screwed up Office for the other person wishing to use Outlook,
etc. I deleted the entry for the automatic starting of the Excel file and
all is OK now. This would seemed to be bug with WinXP and Office.
