Office2007 Online Help will not load

When I click on help it says it's downloading from Office Online, but nothing
happens. I'm connected over a wireless network.

My question is, Why not? What's going on? is the site down, not yet created,
etc?

I have an Outlook2007 problem also. The email that was sent to me when you
replied somehow got sent to my JUnk Mail. I sent it to my INbox so I could
click on the link to this messeage. Everytime I open the message the link
doesn't work and I get a message in the ribbon to move it to my Inox.

I think the server may be down. I'm unable to connect and had been
working fine.

I've been trying for alost a week and never got a connection.

Also the FeedBack (smily faces) registration server always says the server
can't be located.

Office 2007 is GREAT the online (server) support is very poor!!
