Office2k Installation error

I am getting same error message when trying to do "security updates" on Office 2K installation. Did Windows Installer cleanup - removed Office 2K. Now can not install Office 2K - get same error message even after removal of Office 2K. Email is [email protected]. HELP

first off what os are you useing? and are you installing as an
administrator?
