Office97 Shortcut Bar at 256 colors

I had to go back to a 256 color video setting for one my kids old games and
when I reset it to High Color, the Shortcut Bar stayed at 256. I really
wouldn't care but it is practically unreadable. How do I get it to conform
to the standard video settings I have set in Win98SE. (I know, ancient, to
be sure).

Found it. Right click on the Shortcut Bar and one of the options is to
refersh the icons.
