For months (possibly years) I have been prompted to update some improvements
in my Microsoft OfficeMac4. Today I said "Why Not?". Well I did and now
can't get email on my iMac because I don't have a password. I guess I
clicked the wrong button about keeping keys and passwords. I have always
skipped the password option and I never had to enter one on any of my
computers. What now?

Sorry, but this newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database
product that's part of Office Professional. Access has never been included
in any version of Office for Macs,, so it's unlikely too many people here
are familiar with Macs.

I'd suggest reposting your question to newsgroup microsoft.public.office.mac
