OfficeUpdate says I need SP3 but it's already installed?!

I have installed Office 2000 from our admin install point and the Help>About
says that's what I am running. When I go to OfficeUpdate it says I need to
install SP3?! I am running Windows XP. A co-worker installed from the same
install point on XP and OfficeUpdate doesn't list it for him. Very strange.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.

Do you have other Office 2000 family applications installed such as
FrontPage or Publisher? If so, the update could be for those
applications.

We are running Office 2000 Pro and I have essentially everything
installed. As far as I know our install point has been updated with all
the patche. I will talk with the administrator for the install point to
see if all the patches are there. Thanks for the reply.

Hi Bob,

If you're updating from an Office Admin point
then you may not get an accurate reading
from the Office Product Updates site.
Continue to use your Office Admin point for
updating the recaching the PCs from the updated
Admin point.
