When I try to add some functions to office xp, I get an
error message which states: "This patch package cannot be
opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you
can access it, or contac the application vendor to verify
that this is a valid Windwos Installer patch package".
The only KB article I can find on it gives me a Clean
utility, however, this will not work on a computer with
Windows Installer Version 2, which I have.
How can I get my office disk to work?
