OfficeXP; "Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and need to cl

Whenever I close Outlook, Excel, or Word I get the following error message:
"Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and need to close."

It does not seem to cause me to loose information. I have not installed
Acrobat5 (I understand that there was a problem related to that in the past),
but Acrobat Reader is installed.
