You're obviously illiterate (at least you don't appear to know how to read).
It states very clearly (even when you install it) what is included.

If you need PowerPoint, how do /you/ think you obtain it?! Come on, it's not
very hard, really.

You do need to purchase it. If you are using Windows 9.x/ME or NT you need
to purchase the full price version of Power Point 2002. If you are using
Windows XP or Windows 2000 SP-3, you Office XP SBE qualifies you for the
upgrade price of any edition of Office 2003 that includes Power Point. Or,
if you prefer, the upgrade version of Power Point 2003 {see here for Power
Point 2003 upgrade requirements:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/powerpoint/howtobuy/default.mspx }. You can
install Power Point 2003 along side Office XP SBE.

What Cerridwen was trying to say in their usual rude and unhelpful
and unfriendly way is that the packaging for Office XP SBE states that
it contains Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher. It does not include
PowerPoint.
