Offixe XP to Office 2007

I am currently running Office XP and am thinking of updating to Office 2007
Standart edition. Any conflict problems in accessing the old files after the
change over. What problem will come up with the new system

I did the same upgrade without any problems..2007 read all previous files.
The only thing you may want to do in 2007 is set the save options to prior
versions. That way if you sent a file to someone who does not have 2007 they
can still open it.

Thanks for the response. I have heard some horror stories about 2007 so was
a bit leary
