This morning Entourage starting quitting repeatedly on IMAP mail retrieval.
It does this at least once a week. I managed to get that to stop (no easy
task), but now it does the "synching offline actions" thing every time it
checks for mail. I didn't do more than a couple of actions offline, but now
it does this over and over, running the check mail scheduler about 10 times
each time it runs(!).
tried:
emptied IMAP In Folder cache
Typical database rebuild
What else to try here?
I might actually like this program if it weren't for the absurdly high level
of instability. How many database rebuilds are we supposed to do per week?
Now I remember why I switched to Mail.app (which has its own problems). I'm
beginning to winder why I've switched back. Please, give me one week
straight of "good behavior."
