Hello all. I am having a problem synchronising and offline address book
using Outlook 2002.
Basically I go into Tools > Send and Receive > Define Send and Receive
Groups > Edit and tick the Download Offline Address Book. It then gives me a
drop down menu of the address books I want to download. The problem is, is
only gives me one....and its not the one I want.
As a company we have a global address book that sits on our Exchange
server....its THAT one I want to download an an offline address book, but I
see no option as to where it is listed.
Any help would be gratefully received..... Thanks.
