On the next connection to Project Server 2007, click directly the OK button
in the Login dialog.
Or click the Connect to Server option in the Status Bar bubble.
Or uncheck the Work Offline command in the File menu.

My apology. I used Project Server 2003. How would I update it?

First of all, if you clicked File - Save As and then saved the project as an
..mpp file, you are in a world of pain because you cannot save it back to the
Project Server system. The only correct way to work with an Offline project
is to open the project and click File - Save Offline. Did you do this? If
so, you can save it back in the system using File - Save Online. Hope this
helps.
