Offline mail

Hi

I'd appreciate if someone could help me out with an
offline mail question concerning Outlook XP.

My server crashed and had to be rebuilt. The last 2 days
of the backup was bad so I am missing 2 days from ONLINE
mail. However the missing 2 days worth of mail are in
OFFLINE mail. Does anyone know how to copy or move offline
mail to online.

I read on the knowledgebase that I can highlight a folder
and hit shift f9 but it does not work... Also resending
the mail in Offline mode is not preferable as I need the
dates sent to stay as originally sent

I'd be very thankful for any help. --jill

What do you mean by offline/online mail? are you using Exchange server? If
you mean you have OST files, if you can open the mailbox offline, export
everything to PST - don't orphan the file (moving it to another drive,
deleting the mail profile, changing it to point to the new server) or you
will need www.exchangerecovery.com
