I have a user that has recently been upgraded to Outlook
2003 on a laptop. Before the upgrade, she would sync her
folder for offline use when she exited. Now when she exits
the popup appears as it did before, but any new items are
not available offline. What is the reason for this and how
do I FIX IT?
