I seem to have most things working, Outlook running on 10.3 in classic
mode from the road connected via VPN. I am unable to open in on-line mode
(sits for hours with the yellow splash screen). I can open in off-line mode
and send and receive mail via the sync all folders but it only syncs In and
out folders. I can not sync (or download) Calendar and other folders - when
I go to these folders the "SYNC THIS FOLDER" option is grayed out.
