(OffTopic) Intelligent Setup

Hi! everyone

How do i create an intelligent setup?
I have to install directx as well as .net framework on the client systems
for my product to run properly.
If i include these 2 in my setup my setup size increases by almost 50 mb.
and the complete size becomes more than 100 mb and hence the clients are
almost unable to download it.
What i want is an intellingent setup that will check the client system and
then depending upon the client system configuration download only the
required components to install hence reducing the download size of the
installer
Is this possible through say instalshield or any other utility?

Any suggestions will be deeply appreciated

I have tried this in instalshield Xpress it does not suppport this

Anyways i'll try it in Installshield forums
