oficce 2000 and oficce XP

My oficce 2000 is in spanish, and when J last the new "oficce XP" in
Norweguian (norsk), the only works with spanish!!
Word tell my that files is missings: mssp3NNO.dll and mssp232.dll !!??
What can J do?
