Ofiice 2000 and XP

I would be afraid of trying to get updates from Microsoft.

The best bet would be to completely remove Office2000
before you install Office2002 (XP). Be certain you have
all of your data (doc, xls, ppt, mdb ect etc) backed off
to a seperate folder before you remove Office2000.

Then, what happens with ME? I'd get more input from
another source on that.

Sorry Guess i wasnt plain enough. I am tyhinking of
upgrading ME to XP. Not office 2000.
