I have created several .oft files to use as templates for e-mails. To save me having to access them through 'Tools' then 'Forms' etc, I have done what I've always done in the past and dragged and dropped them into Drafts from the folder I've saved them in.
However, when I double click on them in Drafts to open them, the template doesn't actually open & Outlook just puts it in the e-mail as if it's an attachment. I've never had this before - the templates open fine from the 'Forms' menu so i'm stuck!
