OGA Notifier problem

I'm running a legal Office 2003 professional and for some reason I'm getting
a Update notification of KB949810. This was installed in Aug 2009.
So I tried to install this again and I'm being asked to 'Insert OGA Notifier
2.0.0048.0'

Any help would be appreciated. If this is the wrong forum please let me know.

I ran the Genuine Diag tool and do you need to see the Licensing information?

Everything came back as Genuine.
