Ohotfix help needed

I am trying to follow the instructions in KB902988
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/902988).

They aren't very clear. Step 3 says to copy the .msp files that will be
applied during the Office 2003 installation. It does not say where to find
the .msp files.

Could someone please fill me in?

Hi Sylvia,

MS Installer Patch files (.MSP) are provided in the downloadable updates to MS Office products. Sometimes they're provided as a
..MSP standalone, but often they're part of a zipped/exe update and would need to be extracted and then copied to the location when
using the procedure you mentioned. You may find more information in the Office Resource Kit (ORK2003)
(http://microsoft.com/office/ork helpful as well. What update are you trying to install?
