Ojects order wrong from Master layout to preview

I lay out the title box with a logo over it in master layout and it is
covered up when I go to view the slides. Everything looks right and I reset
the oject order, but I cannot get the master to look like the slides using
the master.

I believe this is probably by design, as I get the same results here in PPT
2003 and 2000.
