Okay, I'm stumped...

A coworker (Lynn) has sent a report from Access XP (in HTML) using Outlook
XP. Mike, the recipient, has filled in information on the report, and sent
it back to Lynn. Lynn now needs to update more information, and send it to
me. The problem is that when she goes to a column in the report and tries to
type anything, instead of what she's typing, [Lynn's name and employee
number] comes up. I've tried this on her computer and mine, and it works
fine on my terminal. Does anybody have any ideas how to fix this???? We
need to get this remedied as soon as possible.
