Okay, new at this

Last year I had my Verizon email re-routed to come through Outlook . 2 weeks
ago my computer crashed. I had to have it repaired where it was wiped out.
Now I have lost all my "Outlook" email. I also had Yahoo email but not
redirected and have been able to recover the yahoo email . Is there a way to
recover my verizon email or is it lost for good?

depends what exactly you mean by 'wiped out' and whether you had bothered to
backup data
