OL '03 does not sync all folders

Some folders sync completely, while other folders in OL remain empty. I've
searched the subject, but unable to find a solution that will force OL to
sync all folders.

Care to be more explicit in describing the issue? I'm guessing you mean
that you have a Hotmail Premium account whose local folders don't sync with
the server-side folders, but I can't tell for sure. What type of account
have you configured?

Outlook syncs (polls for new mail & sends) the Inbox & Outbox anything else
depends on your rules.

Brian....
Your assumption is right, and OL is set as HTTP.
DL touched on rules that need to be in place, for OL to pole the other
folders.
Is there a "How To", or can you explain the rules that need to be in place,
so all folders will sync, back & forth, between OL and the Hotmail server?

Yes, I'm using: OLC v12.0.6414.1000
If Hotmail is doing away with HTTP/WebDav, what are you supposed to use in
it's place?

You might want to upgrade the Outlook Connector to the released version.

Milly........
The "OutlookConnector.exe" from http://blogs.msdn.com/outlook/ as you
suggested, has the MD5 Sum: 5a4db255fcd6fb7cc5d925a0de7314e3.
When installed, its version is: 12.0.6414.1000....And that's the version I'm
using.
It just doesn't install as v12.1.
