OL 2000 Windows 2000 and Profiles

I've read the instructions on Microsofts website about
creaing a profile thru the "mail" icon. But when I click
on the "mail" icon, it does not have anything about
profiles. It just shows Internet Mail. How do I fix this?

You need to be in CWO mode to do this. In Outlook go to Tools-Options-Mail
delivery and click on "Reconfigure Mail Support" at the bottom of the box.
